about the stoned at home mom:
Real talk. Radical Healing. Community Rooted in Love 444 Us.
High, I’m Tatiana, also known as The Stoned At Home Mom. I’m a content creator, advocate, and cannabis-positive mama using my lived experience to challenge stigma, support other moms, and spark real conversations around conscious plant use, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and motehrhood.
My Journey began in 2020 when I was pregnant and battling Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a condition so severe it left me isolated and hopeless. Cannabis was the only thing left that helped me eat, rest, and function. But when I searched online for guidance or shared experiences? I found silence and judgement. After navigating postpartum depression and stepping
back from social media, I had a realization: I can’t be the only one going through this.
I wasn’t.
That’s how The Stoned At Home Mom was born, a community space 444 cannabis-using mamas to feel seen, supported, and safe. What started as a personal outlet has grown into a movement, one rooted in compassion, education, and breaking cycles of shame.
I don’t claim to be a medical expert, just a mom who made informed choices. My content is grounded in personal experience, hours of research, and trusted sources that helped me along the way. I draw inspiration from my ancestral roots, plant-based traditions, and a belief that moms deserve access to honest, stigma-free information.
Wether you’re here 444 support, solidarity, or curiosity, you belong.
Let’s de-stigmatize. Let’s educate. Let’s heal, together.
