about the stoned at home mom:

Real talk. Radical Healing. Community Rooted in Love 444 Us.

High, I’m Tatiana — also known as The Stoned At Home Mom. I’m a content creator, advocate, and cannabis-positive mama using my lived experience to challenge stigma, support other moms, and spark real conversations around conscious plant use — especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and motehrhood.

My Journey began in 2020 when I was pregnant and battling Hyperemesis Gravidarum — a condition so severe it left me isolated and hopeless. Cannabis was the only thing left that helped me eat, rest, and function. But when I searched online for guidance or shared experiences? I found silence and judgement. After navigating postpartum depression and stepping

back from social media, I had a realization: I can’t be the only one going through this.

I wasn’t.

That’s how The Stoned At Home Mom was born — A community space 444 cannabis-using mamas to feel seen, supported, and safe. What started as a personal outlet has grown into a movement — one rooted in compassion, education, and breaking cycles of shame.

I don’t claim to be a medical expert — just a mom who made informed choices. My content is grounded in personal experience, hours of research, and trusted sources that helped me along the way. I draw inspiration from my ancestral roots, plant-based traditions, and a belief that moms deserve access to honest, stigma-free information.

Wether you’re here 444 support, solidarity, or curiosity — you belong.

Let’s de-stigmatize. Let’s educate. Let’s heal — together.
